The Awards Ceremony

The moment we've all been waiting for...

Celebrating achievement in genre film is the raison d’être of the MisCon Short Film Festival. In order to reward those filmmakers whose works inspire, thrill, and horrify us, we are proud to offer cash and other prizes to those films that are outstanding examples of their respective genres.

To the top films in each category:

Certificates of Award for 1st, 2nd and Honorable Mention;

The First Place films of each category will go on to compete in the Audience Award Best of Show Competition and will compete for the Miscon Prize, to be unveiled at the Awards Ceremony. Prizes and gifts from our sponsors will also be awarded at that time for 2nd place and Honorable Mention.
