ConCom Meetings
MisCon 26
The MisCon 26 Convention Committee (ConCom) meets twice a month from June through January, then meets weekly from February through MisCon. Semi-monthly meetings are held the first and third Wednesday of the month. Weekly meetings are held on Wednesday, except the week of MisCon. The week of MisCon we meet on Thursday.
ConCom meetings start at 7:00pm in the Boardroom at Ruby's Inn and Convention Center at 4825 North Reserve in Missoula.
Everyone is welcome to attend ConCom meetings.
ConCom meetings are led by the convention chair, CthulhuBob. At most meetings, each department will have a brief report or update, and then we take some time for collaboration on ongoing projects in various departments. June meetings, however, are a recap of the convention and follow a different structure.
