• Meeting was called to order @ 6:10 p.m. by Nick Hunter.
• Minutes were accepted as written by all in attendance.
• We have decided to wait until Bob L. returns to speak about the Board of Directors issues.

• CONCHAIR: CthulhuBob is off gallivanting until July 3rd.
• ART: nothing to report
• MERCHANTS: nothing to report
• GAMING: nothing to report
• WRITER’S WORKSHOP: nothing to report
• TREASURER: Receipts were given to Erik. He cut a check for Mike and Karla. He also cut a check for Nick Matthaes for Rocky Horror supplies.
• VIDEO: James McGahee is the new video chair.
• SECURITY: There will be a full report by next meeting. Looking into a new structure and format. There will be no debriefing with the entire Squid Squad. However, Nick would like individual meetings with members. There has been no feedback off the website directly after con. Nick needs some recruitment banners/posters created. Maybe talk to Faith Emens about helping (?).
• REGISTRATION: We have 15 pre-regs as of right now. The database works well. PayPal needs to be disabled the Thurs 12 a.m. before con. Jess would like every member of ConCom at least one hour a day throughout Con next year. We will use the same layout of the badges for next year but hopefully with Myles Pickney’s artwork. In order to do that we need black and white artwork from Myles and we must contact Bob L. to see if we can get that. We also need to hold badge #1 for an online auction next year. We would start the auction early (maybe Jan. or Mar.).
• HOSPITALITY: Mike and Karla have been reimbursed.
• PROGRAMMING: nothing to report
• PROGRAM BOOK: We will be getting a program book sample from Damon soon.
• WEB: If you have pictures of the con please send to Bob N. Everything is now updated on the web.
• VOLUNTEERS/OPS: Joy is not quite ready to give a full report about how the con went for her.
• MEDIA RELATIONS: nothing to report
• COSTUME PAGEANT: WE NEED MORE PEOPLE IN COSTUME!! nothing to report
