• ART: John Murphy is the new vice chair


• MERCHANTS: Invitation letters are ready to send.
  
  The question came up if we should invite more than 2 of each type of merchant?
  
• GAMING: Friday in January 27th is the game fair. Joe wanted to know if we could use some different art on the GM badges. Wizards of the Coast will be represented at the game fair.
  
  Joe has talked to Underground Games about the LAN, and they will set it up.
  
• WRITER’S WORKSHOP: Nothing to report
  
• TREASURER: Need at least a vice chair to sit at meetings to make us feel comfortable.
  
• VIDEO: Nothing to report
  
• SECURITY: Nick needs to talk to Earl; who is currently without a phone.
  
  Nick talked to Scott and he has promised to be civil. He is looking forward to security.
  
  Nick also put a bug in Faith Emens ear about some modifications to the squid squad uniform.
  
• REGISTRATION: On track
  
• HOSPITALITY: We need a chair.
  
• PROGRAMMING: Bob needs suggestions for panels. It was suggested that there be some more in depth panels about world building and other gaming issues.
  
  It was also suggested that Bob L. make a catalog of panels, so he can pick and choose in the future.
  
• PROGRAMMING: Bob L. will e-mail the grid thus far or print it out and bring it to the next meeting.

• WEB: Online Bob N. needs to update the forums. We also just found out we need to manually transfer the moneys out of the Pay Pal account. John Murphy is also going to take over the MySpace account and manage it.
