About MisCon Guests, Pros, and Panelists

Biography information is only posted on the MisCon web site for individuals who are scheduled on one or more panels during the Con and where the Guest, Pro, or Panelist is listed in the same category as one or more of the panels they are on.

Guests of Honor

Each year MisCon invites three professionals in the realm of speculative fiction to be our Guests of Honor (GoHs, Guests). These three individuals include at least one artist, at least one author, and one other professional each year. Guests have their own "meet and greet" panel Friday, and generally participate in more panels than other individual pros or panelists. Learn more about the MisCon 27 guests through the links above.

Attending Professionals

Attending Pros are published and recognized professionals in speculative fiction. They keep MisCon interesting by sharing their expertise with our attendees by sitting on panels, reading from their recent works, etc.

Panel Volunteers

MisCon couldn't have the diversity in our programming without the many Panel Volunteers and Panelists that show up and agree to take time out of their schedule to help with a panel or two. Read about Pros and Panelists at MisCon 27 through the links on the right above.

Game Masters and Storytellers

Gaming is an important part of the MisCon experience, and a favorite part for many attendees. Gaming could not happen without the help of the many people who run games - call them DMs, GMs, Storytellers, Judges, Referees, or something else.

MisCon Staff

MisCon is run by a group of volunteers, ConCom, who work hard all year to put MisCon together. Many members of ConCom also help on panels and programs during the convention.
