New Business

-Keith has made progress on the merchant on-line signup. Needs Jeff to enter "merchant product types" through the admin.
JR - was not aware, will check email.
-Costuming form also being worked on. Keith working with Becky on this item.
BH - was aware, will continue to email.
-Keith has an Ethernet to A/C adapter to test at Fall Game Day.

*B&N Book Fair*
-Becky Y. gives some tips on Facebook events advertising. Has materials to hand out and Cheesecake Factory Cupcakes. Covers the "do's and don'ts" of how things go at B&N. Mentions bringing in our guest author's books for demos during the event. Also suggests not just games, but signings, readings and crafts.
AF - How many tables? BY - Three tables. Just can't block displays or make areas "un-shoppable." Will have access to the kid's area stage.
Also, advertise voucher for use after the book fair event.
AF - Every department should think about books or other items for B&N to pre-order.
JB - To ConCom - if you see a role for yourself at the Book Fair, please let ConCom know.

AF - We need some materials, need some fliers and such for Book Fair and then for Fall Game Day. Going to contact all free calendar listings in publications.
HE - Where are we with The Blaze stuff? JB - NH has emailed them. Still waiting to hear back.

ML - Do we need volunteers to staff the Book Fair? AF - All ConCom attendees should "staff" it. JB - Not going to have designated tables.
