New Business

*Tonight's meeting will be almost completely collaboration time as no one sent any agenda items this week*

*Chair*
-JB - Proposed weekly meetings starting in January. And AF proposed weekly workday methods with agendas being only collaboration.
-JB - Went to Barnes & Noble and they are excited about next Book Fair. Need posters. Need bookmarks (specifically discussed with B&N). Going to go 10A-8P. If we sell a certain amount of merchandise, we'll get some percentage of money for spending at B&N. JB has details. JB came up with some kids activities too.
-JB - Christmas party on 12/21.

*Treasurer*
-MC - Update was provided.

*Merchants*
-JR - Application now live on the web site.

*Hospitality*
-NH - Changing inventory process, with a starting and ending inventory. How much we're spending and cost-tracking. Perhaps we can limit the menu according to what people actually buy. Also, instituting a new money tracking approach.
-NH - Brings up idea of re-instituting Hospitality Dinners.

*Volunteers*
-ML - Please return her requested lists.

*Reg*
-BS - Asks JB to talk to designate who will chair. He will send email.

*Secretary*
-BS - Asks if JB has stayed in touch with GoH for 28. He has been and will begin a new communication for writers and GoHs.
-BS - Mentions idea of web site content overhaul.
