New Business

*Announcements*
-Camp-Mak-A-Dream will present at an upcoming meeting (CB) [Amy - think it's next week, limit to 10 minutes]
-Reminder to make hotel reservations, if needed. (Justin) [Amy - Question is, is there a Con Com rate? Justin - Yes, but Justin has to tell Ruby's]
-Game Day (Justin) [Justin - Worked out pretty well, should have had a setup team clearly defined. Next time we will be more specific, with a checklist. Given to the Secretary to double-check the week prior to the Game Day. Next time no Room 700 for cost reasons.]
-Theme team reminder: use the Google Docs (Justin F.) [Justin F. - No Team Meeting, Use Google Docs, best way to store ideas and share them effectively.]
-Marketing recap: Official spokespeople. Facebook group and page. Bridger - registration, Becky - Costume Pageant, Amy - general events/fandom (Amy) [Amy and Justin are official spokespeople. Redirect people on social media and in person to them to speak about the Con and answer questions. Eventually going to put a call out for photos on Facebook. Areas of opportunity on Facebook, promote activities.]
-Kendra attendra.
-MisCon meeting room. [Justin - Room 400 aka the Great Hall is the default meeting room for ConCom]

*To Do*
-Review home page to see how your department is represented. Send suggested changes to Bob Norton using webmaster@miscon.org [Amy, look at your page and the home page.]
-Post-convention survey. Send questions you'd like asked to marketing@miscon.org (Amy) [Post-Con Interview Style Questions.]
-Game Totes and Baggies are in. We can use Help Securing and Organizing Games (Joe & Nicole) [After meeting, organize game pieces into baggies and put rubber bands on the boxes, etc.]
-Limited Run Of Pink Female Shirts - [Jeff - Asking for when to make these? Justin - Michael to come up with a design.]

*Discussion*
-Ask Reg Director: Need to list on-site registration dates and times somewhere. Website and convention signage? (Amy) [Amy - Start communicating hours. Overnight Registration questions.]
-Ask chair: Is there hotel pricing for ConCom?
-Kids Play Area at Game Days. (Joe) [Justin - Not have prize support at Game Days. Amy - Signage and conversations with the parents. Mariah - Kids sized table? Lots of discussion about game organization for Kids Games.]
-Any Word on Joker's Wild? (Joe) [Justin - No. Joker's may close for renovation and rebuilding.]
-When is Next B&N Book Fair? (Joe) [Justin - Dec 2014]
