New Business

-New Miscon Budget & Supply form now posted on GoogleDocs.

-Remember to get your department's announcements to Keith or Nicole to get them posted to the site.

-Room all full.
(Justin) We lost Lady Jane books to retirement, so we don't have a lot of our writer's books. One table held for that. Moving away from small press tables on their own. Trying to get new merchants. (Jon) Were we considering consignments for books like we do art?

(Justin) Hotel update - most are all booked up. JW thing was just last year, not this year.

(CB) Bob Salvatore book has been acquired.

*Film Fest*
(Jon) Tentative first round of judging on March 22nd at 6 PM.

(Holly) Big black backdrop available? (Justin) Yeah.

(Michael) Shirts are almost done. Several badges and signs done.

(Mariah) Still need volunteers from folks (Deco, Art)

(Nicole) Meeting with Josh and Vicky. Everything else on track.

(Bill) Working on backdrop for art room.

-Collaboration between Gaming (Joe) and Justin, and whomever else, on the Gaming Deadline.
-Collaboration between Art (Bill) and Gaming (Joe) and Load-In/Tear-Down (Henry) on getting dimensions of the art room and panels.
