*ANNOUNCEMENTS/DISCUSSION*
*Film Festival*(Jon)
-Final Screening, Saturday 5/3, at Ruby's.
-Overview, How it works?(Jon)
What does Jon do aside from being cranky? ;) Four Categories, counting the theme. Three nights of programming. Have a lot of good, longer films this year. Free to enter, so we get a lot of submissions. Relaxed screenings. 2 Hours of Horror, Sci-Fi, etc. per night. $50 Prize for best in show. Official selections announced on Monday. New Event for Film Fest, live riff, original Night of the Living Dead, Friday night. 10-Midnight. Sign up for 5 minute segments.

*Marketing*
-Time for poster distribution - need help (Amy)
Amy has posters with her, needs to start putting them up around town. Amy may hunt you down.
-Partnership with Gamerati / Ed Healy overview (Amy / Justin)
Ed Healy is going to be at the Con again, doing some marketing trades with him. He's going to be taking some video and photographs. At least 4 cameras on tripods at different locations. Putting together an advertisement for MisCon 29. Also may possibly be interviewing people and posting to social media. He may bring other people.
-Need for some photos of previous conventions. Also need photos and video during convention. (Amy)
Along with that, need action shots, more than people watching a panel and "nightlife photos." Like to represent as many departments as possible. Email at Vicechair.

-Staff shirts.(Justin)
Put document on Google Drive. Next Year when the time comes, give everyone time to reply. Shirts are ordered.
-MCT will have a costume rummage sale this Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-12 in the Community room.(Amy)
