New Business

-Theme/30 lbs of Dum-Dums!
-Setup is Wednesday next week.
-Thursday is last meeting pre-con.

-Will the Game Descriptions be in the Program Book, or a separate handout? BA - yes, but not schedule.
-Does Gaming need to write a Statement for the Program Book? JB - No.
-When is the earliest we can move items into the hotel, in a room large enough to sort them?
-Any Logistical needs for next week, rides for Guest, shopping trips, etc?

*Volunteers* (Mariah)
-32 hours remaining, anyone available let Mariah know.

-Next Wednesday - Bag stuffing!!!

*Film Fest*(Jon)
-Director of "the head-exploding movie" (Director on Director?) will be here this year.

-Justin B. interviewed with TV station, ABC.
