-Thank you. (Justin, Amy, Marc)
Justin - Thanks to all, good job.
Amy - Encouraging the use of the Google Docs to resolve document sharing, communications difficulties.
Holly - Shout out to Security. All agree.
Henry - Shout out to d20 girls.
Bill - Shout out to Tyson.
Nicole - Shout out to Henry and Keith.
Amy - Best year for room parties.
Joe - Concern about alcohol being served to minors at the parties/game room. Henry - People who serve are responsible. Amy - Need to have a security best practices document.
-Preliminary financial update. (Marc, Nicole - barbecue)
Justin - Increasing admission to $45. Trying to get another couple hundred attendees. Asking for brainstorming ideas on how and acting upon those ideas.
Henry - Suggests radio ads, mentions their effectiveness in the past.
Tyson - Suggests Victory Energy Drinks as a sponsor.
Amy - Bring Amy into the conversation about ANY trade before a promise is made. This includes all forms of trades, from ad trades to trades of anything for sponsorship style signage etc. We need to track promises made to ensure all staff affected can (and do) fulfill promises, to prevent unfair marketing advantages offered to one vendor over another, and to help Ops Logistics on site during setup of the convention.
-Survey update (Amy)
50 responses as of yesterday, already more than last year. Feedback is mostly legit stuff.

*Merchants* (Jeff)
-Have a few merchants already pre-reg'd.
-Have to get a inventory done, will have to pick a day and get-er-done.
-Have a few t-shirts to return.

Amy- Suggests changing summer ConCom meetings to be topic-specific, e.g., Schedule, Marketing.
