MisCon 38 Gaming Schedule

Here is a schedule of games being run at MisCon 38. This list is updated on the first Saturday of each month, until March, when it will be updated every Saturday.

If you want to run a game at MisCon 38, please sign up starting in January to get your game scheduled.

In addition to these games, there will be open tables at various locations around the con where you can sit down to play a game, or move your game if it goes over its allotted time. Just remember to be respectful of your fellow convention goers.

Stonemaier games 2023 Apiary doesn’t disappoint. It is a worker placement with some unique game mechanics. Five players max, the box recommends 14+ as it is somewhat complex.

Forest Shuffle (Forest Shuffle)

In Forest Shuffle, players compete to gather the most valuable trees, then attract species to these trees, thus creating an ecologically balanced habitat for flora and fauna.

To start, each player has six cards in hand, with cards depicting either a particular type of tree or two forest dwellers (animal, plant, mushroom, etc.), with these latter cards being divided in half, whether vertically or horizontally, with one dweller in each card half.

Goblins! (Goblin Quest)

Ahoy and crawl aboard! Tonight's a perfect night to steal some treasure! (Or as the foolish humans call it, "Trash") Take to the skies over suburbia as your team of ordinary raccoons pilot a somehow functioning skyship, with each heart set on snagging that one specific shiny. An improv-based game full of laughter, swashbuckling (as much as four-legged trash pandas can swashbuckle), and trash-filled fun! Only materials required to play are a good attitude and a love of adventure!

It has been over a decade since White Council drove the Necromancer from his fortress of Dol Guldur in Southern Mirkwood. The Woodmen have no king... the Woodmen need no king. But what this loose confederation of people in the Mirkwood do have is a War Chief to coordinates the defense of the disparate villages. At least they did, but the War Chief Ingomer Axe-Breaker now lies dead, and a Folk Moot has been called to elect his replacement.
