Here are the games at MisCon 40 where the GM is allowing (and managing) pre-registration. The majority of games at MisCon do not allow pre-registration. See the game description list for a full selection of games.
Some games allow pre-registration because a significant amount of preparation on the part of the GM or the players may be necessary, or because tournament bracketing needs to be established.
