Born in Hollywood (yes, really), I almost completed a Bachelor’s Degree at UC-Santa Barbara, only lately settling for an Associate’s Degree in Web Design. I lived on my grandfather’s ranch in Kansas during high school, and helped my husband on farms and ranches in South Dakota, then owned/managed my own until the Volker Recession put me out of business. The career I retired from was as an Admin with the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland, and since returning to Washington State I’ve worked contracts on and off in the aerospace industry, mostly as an Excel tech. Starting in 1998, I’ve now and then worked on my space habitat novel, but it’s actually shaping up now; wish me luck.
