MisCon 40 Attending Professional

Cheyenna grew up with exposure to veterinary medicine, a passion for art and a deep interest in STEM. She attended her first convention, Miscon 2010, where she met a myriad of professional artists and kindled a professional dabbling in illustration starting at Miscon 2011.

In college, she pursued Biomedical Engineering and then picked up a second major in Fine Arts, completing dual bachelors degrees in 2018. This led to a pursuit into biotechnology and moving to the Seattle, Washington area. Outside of her formal work in STEM she is an illustrator in the PNW fantasy convention circuit.

  Attendees are invited to take turns posing in costume while we capture them in timed figure drawings (3-10 minutes each.) Model your costume, draw, or do both! Fun for artists and for costumers who want to be sketched.

  Your page is blank. Even worse, your map is blank: no lands, no plants, no buildings, no industry, and not a single inhabitant in your world, let alone a culture. So how do you create a story? The panelists will ask questions, the audience will lend a hand giving answers and sharing ideas. Andy will make it all visual, and together we will give shape to a world.
