MisCon 40 Attending Professional

Cheyenna Krone is a visual artist based in the Pacific Northwest.

She is greatly inspired by the work of other artists through the ages and exploring the what-ifs that fuel taking reality into the fantastical. Cheyenna’s work is predominantly in traditional mediums such as painting and sculpture, with some exploration into digital formats.

Beyond her artistic pursuits she works as an engineer in healthcare, ensuring the functionality of diagnostic equipment. When not working or creating she can be found enjoying travel by foot or bike through the PNW.

  If you want to get to know some of MisCon 40's artists, this is the place for you! It's like speed dating, but without the romance. We'll provide lists of question prompts to help break the ice (though you can ask whatever you want), split everyone into pairs, and run quick 3 to 5-minute rounds before rotating to a new conversation partner. Come swap stories, talk art, movies, anime, pop culture, and make a new connection.

  Attendees are invited to take turns posing in costume while we capture them in timed figure drawings (3-10 minutes each.) Model your costume, draw, or do both! Fun for artists and for costumers who want to be sketched.
