Candi Lyn Siemens survived her childhood in the shadow of a nuclear power plant (no, she doesn't glow in the dark... usually). This near-apocalyptic upbringing instilled in her a deep appreciation for the fantastical, and now she channels that energy into writing traditional fantasy. Think swords, sorcery, and maybe a grumpy gnome or two (oh gnome you didn’t!). Though her bibliography is currently more of a "zine" than a "volume," Candi is a dedicated writer, working on stories in her limited spare time. When she's not battling writer's block (or actual monsters, sometimes it's hard to tell the difference), she's a mother, teacher, and gamer. This isn't a formal panel with panelists up on the stage discussing a topic. Instead, everyone will grab chairs in the pavilion, and the moderator will get things going. Then we'll open things up so small group hangouts can happen until the end of the hour. This is your chance to informally meet a bunch of the people you'll see on panels all weekend.
