  Come in costume (or not) and join us for a brief stroll around downtown Missoula to ring in the start of MisCon and announce to the usual inhabitants of our fair city that we've arrived! We're going to walk down Higgins Street to Broadway, cross the street, then head back along Higgins and through Caras Park back to the hotel for opening ceremonies.

  This panel will discuss cosplay performances — from skit contests to performing arts groups like CGV, TikTok and other performing venues. We will discuss how we come up with skits, flesh them out, and how to determine/design costume(s) and props for them.
