Noah is the owner and head instructor of Third Mountain Martial Arts in Belgrade, Montana. He has been training for almost 30 years and has over 15 years of experience teaching martial arts. His passion is for helping students discover their own strengths, and step into their confidence. Noah loves to incorporate the mental side of the martial arts into his lessons: stress inoculation, visualizing success, and regulating the nervous system through breathwork are some of his favorites. He also has degrees in both Health and Human Performance and Acupuncture. His favorite TTRPG character is a half-elf monk, his Bending style is Fire, and his favorite Star Wars faction is the Matukai.
