MisCon Merchant Information
We will be at the Missoula Fairgrounds again this year.
Merchants will be taking over for MisCon 40: The Upside Down!
Indoor merchants will find their new home on the first floor of the Commercial building. Complete with shiny, new amenities and shelter from the threats that lurk beyond four walls.
Outdoor merchants will cultivate new territory while braving the wilds! If you can endure the (hopefully mild) weather, you gain increased flexibility in your setup and ability to sell any time under the Big Sky.
Applications
Merchant applications are approved based on quality and originality of goods. If you have a unique business, you’re more likely to have your application accepted.
All attending merchants are expected to abide by the MisCon Merchants Policies.

About Merchant Spaces
Indoor Spaces:
- Large Spaces (Outer Wall) - $500
- 11 ft wide x 12 ft deep
- No tables or chairs included
- Up to 4 badges included
- Small Spaces (Middle of Room) - $250
- 8 ft wide x 6 ft deep
- Table and chairs available
- Up to 2 badges included
- Operate during merchant hours, locked doors at night
- Bathrooms in building
- Electric outlets
- Great lighting and foot traffic
- Hardwood floors
Outdoor Spaces:
- One Size Fits Most - $300
- 10ft wide x 10ft deep
- No tent or tables provided
- Up to 4 badges included
Outdoor Space Details:
- Located outside the food truck area and near Commercial building.
- Increased foot traffic
- Personalized operating hours, limited security at night
- Electricity available
- Restrooms and water fountain close by
- More interaction with attendees and outdoor con events
- No tent stakes! Make plans to secure your tent with weights on a grass surface. 25lbs per pole. Please Note we will verify the weight during the Con.
- Unpredictable weather could include wind, heat, cold, moisture, wildfire smoke
Set Up and Tear Down
Merchants can arrive starting at Noon on Wednesday. Set up on your schedule and check in with MisCon staff for your badges and info packet (located in Commercial building), Thuresday Morning . The roundabout and East lot space may be limited in high traffic times.
Tear down begins after close on Sunday. The roundabout and East lot will be first come, first serve. Please be respectful of others loading.
MisCon Merchants Hours of Operation
- Wedesnsday: Setup Time, Noon to 8 PM
- Thursday: Setup time, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM - Please be finished with setup by no later then 3:30 PM

- Saturday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Teardown starts after 6:00 PM
