Table spaces, pricing, and policies have changed this year! Please read this page carefully.
Application Process
Applications are accepted until midnight on February 28, 2023. Starting March 1, we'll begin the selection process and email you with a decision within 2-3 weeks. If accepted, you have until April 15th to send full payment, or you will forfeit your space. This is also the deadline for receiving a full refund if you decide to cancel.
Merchant applications are approved based on quality and originality of goods. If you have a unique business, you're more likely to have your application accepted. If we accept several similar merchants, we'll do our best to place you away from each other.
We want to help in any way we can, so let us know on your application if you have any special requests or accommodations.
All attending merchants are expected to abide by the MisCon Merchants Policies.
About the Merchant Room (Atrium)
Merchant tables are arranged throughout the hotel's central atrium. Attendees will need to pass through the room on their way to panels, food and other events. This means that your table will have high traffic throughout the convention.

- Space size: Triangular; 18.5 x 8 x 20 feet

- Publisher's Row (Spaces 29-31)
- Space Size: 7 x 6 feet minimum
- Table Size: 6 x 3 feet (or 6 x 1 1/2 feet)
- Price: $200
- All Other Spaces
- Space Size: 7 x 6 feet minimum
- Table Size: 6 x 3 feet (or 6 x 1 1/2 feet)
- Price: $250
Included with Table Fee
- Footage included with your space
- Tables (with covers) and chairs provided by hotel
- Overnight storage for merchandise
- Security patrols during night hours
- Volunteers to help you during set up and tear down (by request)
- Two full weekend badges (extras are full price)
- Parking spots available during set up and tear down (first come, first serve)
- Access to electricity (by request)
- Hotel rooms offered at the discounted rate
- Luggage carts and flat movers to help with loading/unloading
NOTE: Meals, transportation and lodging are not included with your table fee. Merchants will not be accepted to the Green Room.
Set Up
Merchant parking spaces are available for loading on Friday morning from 10am-noon. These spaces will be marked by traffic cones on the west side of the building (by Brooks & Brown). They are first come, first serve.
If you plan on wheeling in, use the front entrance for easy access to the elevator.
Check in with the Merchant Director at the MisCon Merch table to receive your merchant packet.
During the Con
Overnight storage opens at 7pm for load-in and 9am for load-out. Storage is only available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. You must remove all stored belongings by 10am.
You must have at least one representative at your space during the required merchant hours.

Tear Down
Parking spots are available for merchants from 2pm-4pm.
Apply early for next year.
