MisCon Merchant Information

Merchants will be taking over for MisCon 39: Hive of Scum and Villainy!
Indoor merchants will find their new home on the first floor of the Commercial building. Complete with shiny, new amenities and shelter from the threats that lurk beyond four walls.
Outdoor merchants will cultivate new territory while braving the wilds! If you can endure the (hopefully mild) weather, you gain increased flexibility in your setup and ability to sell any time under the Big Sky.
Application Process
Merchant applications will be accepted through the weekend of April 20th, 2025. Your most recently submitted application is the one we will consider. We will reach out within 2-3 weeks with a decision.
Merchant applications are approved based on quality and originality of goods. If you have a unique business, you’re more likely to have your application accepted. If we accept several similar merchants, we’ll do our best to place you away from each other
All attending merchants are expected to abide by the MisCon Merchants Policies.
About Merchant Spaces
Indoor Spaces:
- Large Spaces (Outer Wall) - $500
- 11 ft wide x 12 ft deep
- No tables or chairs included
- Up to 4 badges included
- Small Spaces (Middle of Room) - $250
- 6 ft wide x 5 ft deep
- Table and chairs available
- Up to 2 badges included
Indoor Space Details:Hardwood floors
- Operate during merchant hours, locked doors at night
- Bathrooms in building
- Electric outlets
- Air conditioned (but may get warm in June)
- Great lighting and foot traffic
Outdoor Spaces:
- One Size Fits Most - $400
- 10ft wide x 10ft deep
- No tent or tables provided
- Up to 4 badges included
Outdoor Space Details:
- Located outside the food truck area and near Commercial building.
- Increased foot traffic
- Personalized operating hours, limited security at night
- Electricity available
- More direct access to restrooms and water fountain
- More interaction with attendees and outdoor con events
- No tent stakes! Make plans to secure your tent if using sandbags etc.
- Unpredictable weather could include wind, heat, cold, moisture, wildfire smoke
Set Up and Tear Down
Merchants can arrive starting at 10:00am on Thursday. Set up on your schedule and check in with MisCon staff for your badges and info packet (located in Commercial building). The roundabout and East lot space may be limited in high traffic times.
Tear down begins after close on Monday. The roundabout and East lot will be first come, first serve. Please be respectful of others loading.

- Monday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
