If you're interested in learning to make mead, this panel is the place for you. MisCon's Mead makers, Greg Swensrud and Mike Fowlkes, will discuss how mead was made from antiquity to today.

They'll show some of the equipment you'll need and will discuss the techniques, costs, time required, and hard-learned mistakes to avoid when starting out. This panel is limited to attendees 21 and older.
